Abstract

This deliverable outlines the details of the 3D audiovisual media capturing and post-processing sessions. The technical and geometrical details of the audio and multi-view video capturing set ups, used equipment, captured content (scenario) and post-production workflow are provided. The resulting content comprises colour balanced HD multi-view plus depth map

The audio and video capturing and recording set-ups and post-production workflow are defined and implemented based on the audiovisual content requirements. These requirements are set in D2.1 and content related requirements are repeated in this deliverable. The scope of this work is to deliver the set of necessary 3D audiovisual content for the other project purposes. These purposes include the audio and video coding, modelling the audiovisual attention models and implementing it within the media encoder, display rendering and QoE assessment. The detailed information about each project objective is outlined in D2.1. The Visual Media Laboratory within the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing (CVSSP), University of Surrey is utilised to capture, record and process the 3D media.
