Dataset collection

Dataset with drum and beat annotations used and introduced in the 2017 ISMIR paper "Drum Transcription via Joint Beat and Drum Modeling using Convolutional Recurrent Neural Networks" by Richard Vogl, Matthias Dorfer, Gerhard Widmer, and Peter Knees.
Annotations for tracks nr. 6, 7, and 26 are not included since these files do not contain drums and were not included in the evaluation.
