Abstract
This document is the first version of the public white paper on the Collective Intelligence. The state of the art in Collective Intelligence related activities is presented followed by an analysis of the main parts appearing in the Collective Intelligence life-cycle. Based on this analysis and a resulting categorization, the WeKnowIt contribution towards Collective Intel- ligence is outlined. Finally, scenarios on which the project results will be demonstrated, are given.
