The State Duma (Lower House of the Russian Parliament) has turned down the faction of Communists' proposal on the no-confidence vote to Mikhail Kasyanov's government. With the necessary 226 votes for passing the decision, only 127 deputies supported the vote; 76 voted against it, and 5 abstained.
