RUSSIAN POLICE ARREST TERRORISM SUSPECT MOSCOW, MARCH 13, RIA NOVOSTI - Russian police have arrested Mohammed Abdulayev, suspected of committing an act of terrorism in Nevinnomysk (Stavropol Territory) in October 2000, leaving two people dead and more than 30 wounded in a bus stop explosion. The suspect was detained in Daghestan, a republic in the North Caucasus. The Russian Interior Ministry's information and press department informed RIA that Abdulayev had been arrested as the result of a special, March 11, operation. The man was an organized crime activist, the department noted.
