RUSSIA'S INTERIOR MINISTRY IS CARRYING OUT A COMPLEX OF MEASURES TOGETHER WITH FOREIGN COLLEAGUES TO DETAIN CHECHEN BANDITS








VORONEZH, March 13. /From RIA Novosti correspondent/.  Russia's Interior Ministry has launched a complex of measures jointly with its foreign counterparts to establish and detain Chechen field commanders and participants in illegal armed formations. Journalists learned this from Vladimir Rushailo, head of the Interior Ministry, on Tuesday.


	Vladimir Rushailo said that one of the Akhmadov brothers and a gunmen who was close to Basayev were detained in Baku as part of these measures.


	The Minister noted that the Russian Interior Ministry has concluded agreements on cooperation with Georgia, Armenia, Belarus and Tajikistan.
