Russia's Interior Ministry has launched a complex of measures jointly with its foreign counterparts to establish and detain Chechen field commanders and participants in illegal armed formations. Journalists learned this from Vladimir Rushailo, head of the Interior Ministry, on Tuesday. Vladimir Rushailo said that one of the Akhmadov brothers and a gunmen who was close to Basayev were detained in Baku as part of these measures.
