RUSSIAN SECURITY COUNCIL SECRETARY TO COME TO UNITED STATES FOR THREE-DAY VISIT MOSCOW, MARCH 12, RIA NOVOSTI - Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Ivanov is coming to the United States Tuesday, March 13, for a three-day visit, report informed Moscow-based sources. Ivanov is scheduled to meet with U.S. National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice to discuss strategic stability as well as international and regional problems of mutual concern. While in the U.S., the Russian official will also have talks with Secretary of State Colin Powell.
