VLADIMIR PUTIN HOLDS IN THE KREMLIN A SESSION ON PENSION REFORM








MOSCOW, March 8 /RIA Novosti/ - In the evening of March 7 Vladimir Putin held in the Kremlin a session on the preparation for the sitting of the National Council for the pension reform under the Russian President. The session discussed the basic principles of the pension system reformation, the intended time limits and the stages of its implementation. The President drew special attention to the need to take strictly into account the interests of citizens during the reform implementation. 


	The session took a decision to continue the preparation of materials for the holding of the Council's sitting and additionally discuss them at the session to be held by the chairman of the Russian government before submitting them to the consideration by the National Council. (fed/vld)
