APROPOS CASPIAN SEA STATES SUMMIT MOSCOW, MARCH 6, 2001. /RIA Novosti correspondent Natalya Shmonova/ -- The summit of the Caspian Sea states due to take place early in March has been postponed for April 2001, Viktor Kalyuzhny, deputy foreign minister and Russian president's special envoy for Caspian, told the press. According to him, the summit will continue discussing issues related to defining a new status of the Caspian Sea.
