DUMA TO DISCUSS NO CONFIDENCE VOTE IN RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT TOMORROW MOSCOW, March 5, 2001. /from RIA Novosti correspondent Arina Dovgan/--At its next session to be held on March 6 the State Duma Council will be discussing the RF Communist Party's initiative to declare a vote of no confidence in the government. A spokesman for the KPRF press service have reported that 112 signatures have been collected to endorse this proposal at the Duma Council, while only 90 is necessary. The press service spokesman added that earlier there had been proposals to consider a vote of no confidence in the government on March 14.
