THE HEAD OF RUSSIAN FRONTIER-GUARDS WILL VISIT THE NORTH CAUCASUS ON MONDAY MOSCOW, March 4. /RIA Novosti correspondent Yury Nikolayev/. Director of the Russian Federal Frontier Service (FPS) Konstantin Totsky on Monday will visit the units of the North Caucasian regional directorate, RIA Novosti was told in the Russian FPS press service. The FPS director will inspect the separate brigade of the frontier patrol ships, the separate check-point Astrakhan, the State Marine Inspectorate and the Astrakhan frontier unit. Astrakhan is the centre of the Russian region at the Caspian Sea.
