A 28-year-old inhabitant of the Chechen village of Shali has been detained on the Russian-Azerbaijanian border on suspicion of complicity in illegal armed units. As RIA Novosti was told today in the press service of the North Caucasian regional directorate of the Russian Federal Frontier Service, a thorough investigation will be carried out with regard to the detained who has fragmentation wounds.
