NEGOTIATIONS ON THE NAGORNY KARABAKH CONFLICT WILL TAKE PLACE IN PARIS PARIS, March 4. /RIA Novosti correspondent Leonid Kokovich/. The Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and France will meet today and tomorrow in the French capital to talk about the settlement of the Nagorny Karabakh conflict. As the RIA Novosti correspondent reports, the initiator of the meeting between Geidar Aliyev and Robert Kocharyan was French President Jacques Chirac who, just as the Presidents of Russia and the USA, is a co-chairman of the Minsk OSCE group for resumption of the peace dialogue between Baku and Yerevan on Nagorny Karabakh which was suspended in 1996. These Paris negotiations between Aliyev and Kocharyan - are the second this year, and the fifteenth since the moment of bilateral contacts between the leaders of these Trans-Caucasian republics. Today, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan will conduct bilateral negotiations, and tomorrow the French President will join them.
