PUTIN MEETS GRADUATES OF SOVIET AND RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS








HANOI, March 2, RIA Novosti special correspondent Marianna Shatikhina - In the Hanoi Palace of Culture, built with the  assistance of Soviet trade unions, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with graduates of Soviet and Russian higher educational establishments. 


	The overcrowded hall of the Palace of Culture welcomed the Russian leader with a storm of applause. People cried out  slogans: Long Live Vietnamese-Russian Friendship!" "Hurray!"  The meeting was attended by representatives of different generations of the graduates of Soviet and Russian higher  educational establishments, as well as by students who are now studying the Russian language and literature.-O-(kos/ant)
