BELARUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER ON BELARUSSIAN-RUSSIAN RELATIONS








MOSCOW, MARCH 1, 2001. /RIA-NOVOSTI CORRESPONDENT/ -- Trade-and-economic cooperation with Russian regions is perceived as a top-priority aspect of expanded bilateral relations with the Russian Federation. This was disclosed in Minsk today by Belarus' Foreign Minister Mikhail Khvostov.


	Russia, which has always been Belarus' main political and economic partner, will retain this status in the future, Khvostov stressed.
