RUSSIA TO FULFIL BUDGET ASSIGNMENT WITH DUE ACCOUNT FOR CORRECTIONS MOSCOW, MARCH 1, 2001, 2001 /from RIA Novosti Correspondent Dmitry Znamensky/ -- The Russian government has to work out measures for the unconditional fulfilment of the federal budget for the current year with due account for the corrections that were introduced pertaining to current debt payments, said Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kasyanov opening the traditional Thursday government meeting. The measures for the fulfilment of the country's main financial document for 2001 will be among the items examined at the meeting. Kasyanov said that accent in fulfilling Russia's budget for 2001 will be placed on such directions as financing of consumers of fuel and energy resources, assistance to regional budgets, creation of clear market mechanisms in support of agriculture.
