PARLIAMENT A DECLINE THE PROPOSAL TO VOTE A MOTION OF CENSURE A THE
REGARD OF THE GOVERNMENT








MOSCOW, March 14.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti ").  Douma (Lower House of the
Russian Parliament) has decline the proposal of the communist fraction
to vote a motion of censure has the regard of the government of
Mikhail Kassianov.  Whereas it should be collected 226 votes so that a
decision is adopted, only 127 deputes supported this proposal, 76 have
vote against and 5 deputes abstained from voting.
