THE RUSSIAN SENATEURS HAVE APPROVES THE TEXT OF THE NATIONAL
ANTHEM








MOSCOW, March 13.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti " Nikolai Venediktov).  The
Council of the Federation (Upper House of the Parliament trick) A
approves the text of the Russian National anthem to the words of
Serguei Mikhalkov (the poet Mikhaikov, 87 years, is an author of the
anthem of the ex-URSS).

141 senateurs have vote for this decision, a senator has vote against.


It is has to notice that the vote took place without quorum by
procuration.
