of road in the district of Khasaviourt, in the Russian republic
north-caucasienne of Daghestan.




According to the local font, the criminal took as hostages the
visitors of the coffee of road " Paris ", locates close to the village
of Osmaniourt.




The criminal is armee of a grenade.  For the moment, one is unaware of
