SIGNATURE OF THE DRAFT ON THE BASES OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RUSSIA
AND IRAN








MOSCOW, March 12.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti " Oleg Ossipov).  With the

emerged differends are rules in accordance with the Charter of the
United Nations and to the standards of the international law ".  The
parts were appropriate of regler only by peaceful means the
litigations which can emerge between them.

Russia and Iran are persuade that " the international problems of the
contemporary world should not be rules that conformement to the
principles devote by the Charter of the United Nations:  the sovereign
right, political independence, the territorial integrite, the peaceful
payment of the litigations, the not-recourse has the force and the
non-ingerence in the businesses interieures of the States ".

Vladimir Poutine and Sayed Mohammad Khatami also agreed that Russia
and Iran will creeront conditions legal, economic, financial and
commercial favorable for the activity bi- and multilaterale, for the
common investments on the territory of the two countries, like in
third countries.  Moscow and Teheran will contribute to the
development of the mutually advantageous contacts in the long run in
order to implement the joint projects in the fields of transport, of
energy, including the use of atomic energy has the fine peaceful one
and the construction of nuclear power stations, in the fields of
industry, science and technology, agriculture and the Public health,
underlines the document.

The draft also states that the parts will procederont with the regular
consultations and will exchange information and the experiment in the
fields economic, scientific and technical.
