TADJIKISTAN A JOINED THE CONVENTION OF UNO ON THE PREVENTION OF THE
CRIMES








DOUCHANBE, March 12.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti ").  Tadjikistan joined the
Convention of UNO on the prevention and the repression of the
infringements against the people enjoying an international protection,
including the diplomatic agents.  This convention has ete adopted by
UNO on December 14, 1973.  According to Zafar Saidov, spokesman of the
leader of Tadjikistan, the president tadjik Emomali Rakhmonov A
promulgates a decree which has load the ministry for the Businesses
etrangeres of the republic to inform the Secretary-general of UNO of
the adhesion of Tadjikistan has this convention.
