THE PROGRAM OF THE UNITED NATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT PRESENTERA A
REPORT/RATIO ON THE HUMAN RESOURCES IN RUSSIA








MOSCOW, March 12.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti " Kristina Rodriguez).  The
Program of the United Nations for development (UNDP) will presentera
today a report/ratio on the development of the human resources in
Russia.

RIA " Novosti " learned that this report/ratio will be sixieme series
of the commencee reports/ratios in 1995 has the initiative of the
Program of the United Nations for the development and the Russian
government.  This report/ratio has ete redige by experts independants.
Universalization constitutes its main thing theme.

This document will examine the problems of the changes economic,
informational, technological, the problems of the criminalite and the
abuse drugs, the migration, and also the role of the mediae.

The report/ratio will have to also give a comparative analysis of the
situation which is creee in the Russian areas, as well as the index of
the development of the human resources.

The report/ratio will be presente by Frederic Lyons, new responsible
for the Program of the United Nations in Russia, the Russian
vice-minister for Health, Olga Charanova, the governor of the area of
Samara and president of the committee to the budget of the Council of
the Federation, Konstantin Titov.
