VIKTOR KALIOUJNI, REPRESENTANT OF THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT FOR THE
CASPIAN ONE AWAITED THE KAZAKHSTAN








MOSCOW, March 11.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti ").  Viktor Kalioujni,
representant of the Russian president for the Caspian one and
