MOSCOW, March 7.  / Corr.  RIA " Novosti " /. Wednesday has 21.15 in
times of Moscow, the chains of federal television ORT took again its
emissions in direction of the Republic of Tchetchenie.  As A indicates
has RIA " Novosti " the head of the Management of sectoral development
of the federal ministry of the Press, Serguei Frolov, the emissions of
ORT can be seen by 60% of the population of the republic, that is to
say practically by all the inhabitants of the punt part of
Tchetchenie.
