Before opening the session pleniere of Douma of State, its president
Guennadi Seleznev has felicite, in the name of the Lower House of the
Parliament, all the women of Russia has the occasion of the fete of
March 8.

President A expresses with the women the best wishes of successes in
their work, their families, the education of their children.  " We
