PRESIDENT BIELORUSSE A DEMENTI ASSERTIONS ON A COOLING OF THE
RELATIONS BETWEEN MOSCOW AND MINSK








MINSK, March 2.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti ").  The assertions on a cooling
of the relations between the Kremlin and the autorites bielorusses are
" a lie and a political provocation ", A declares Friday the president
bielorusse Alexandre Loukachenko at the time of a meeting with the
diplomats bielorusses accredites in foreign countries.

Alexandre Loukachenko said that its relations with Vladimir Poutine "
never have ete as good as at present ".
