VLADIMIR POUTINE A INVITES THE VIETNAMESE PRESIDENT AND THE PRIME
MINISTER TO VISIT RUSSIA








HANOI, March 2.  (Approx. special RIA " Novosti " Marianna
Chatikhina).  Vladimir Poutine, in official visit with Vietnam, A
invites the president and the Prime Minister of this country has to
visit Russia.  He said it has his meeting has Hanoi, Friday, with old
