A MEETING A HANOI BETWEEN VLADIMIR POUTINE AND THE SECRETARY-GENERAL
OF THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY








HANOI, March 2.  (Approx. special RIA " Novosti " Marianna
Chatikhina).  Vladimir Poutine discussed, with the siege of the
