NEGOTIATIONS HAVE DEMARRE ON THE CRISIS IN THE CUS OF SERBIA WHICH
ASSOCIATE SERB, NATO AND ALBANIAN

negotiations have demarre, today, on the crisis in the South of Serbia
and a possible reduction of the buffer zone of security, negotiations
which associate Serbes, NATO and Albanian and are deroulent has door
closed in the town of Bujanovac.

The preceding night, the chief-assistant of the government of Serbia,
Nebojsa Covic, would have had negotiations of several hours with
representants of the Alliance of the North Atlantic, and more
precisely with the special envoye of the secretary-general of NATO,
Peter Fate, and the head of the chancellery of Alliance in Yugoslavia,
Sean Sullivan.  With the end of this meeting, Fate A speaks, in front

with the autorites has Belgrade, without wanting, however, to provide

Nebojsa Covic pointed out, for its part, that the parts progressed

take part in the negotiations on the political payment of the current
crisis.
