STUDENTS STAGE PICKET OUTSIDE UKRAINIAN INTERIOR MINISTRY IN KIEV








KIEV, MARCH 11 /FROM RIA NOVOSTI'S VIKTOR DEMIDENKO/ - Over 100 college students in Kiev are picketing the Interior Ministry building, demanding immediate release of the seized participants in the protest action Ukraine Without Kuchma. These latter were detained in Kiev on March 9.


	Last Friday law-enforcers apprehended 203 protesters from a 4,000-people-strong demonstration, who tried to take by storm the residence of Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma. Among the detainees are protesters from the Ukrainian ultra-nationalist organisation Una-Unso and students from Kiev and Lvov colleges and universities.
