CONGRESS OF THE PEOPLE OF INGUSHETIA TO BE CONVENED ON MARCH 19








VLADIKAVKAZ, March 10, 2001. /RIA Novosti correspondent Vasily Vlasenko/ -- President Ruslan Aushev of Ingushetia has taken a decision to convene a congress of the people of Ingushetia (a North Caucasus republic of the Russian Federation) on March 19.


	As the RIA Novosti correspondent reports, this forum will  discuss the public and political situation in the republic and in the North Caucasus in general, as well as the problem of  combating drug addiction.
