RUSSIA'S PARLIAMENT SPEAKER TO MEET PRESIDENT IN NEXT FEW DAYS MOSCOW, March 7. /From RIA Novosti correspondent Maria Pozdnyakova/. Gennady Seleznyov, Speaker of the Russian State Duma, parliament's lower house, is planning to meet with President Vladimir Putin in the next few days. The speaker said that to reporters Wednesday. He said it is going to be a regular meeting on the agenda dominated by routine issues, the final date of which will be fixed today. According to Seleznyov, the president may announce when he will address the Federal Assembly of Russia, a body involving spokesmen for both parliamentary houses, the Federation Council and State Duma. Although Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov is known to have said at a recent news conference that the annual presidential address was scheduled to take place on March 26, Seleznyov said he is not aware of the fact.
