DUMA SPEAKER, RUSSIAN PRESIDENT LIKELY TO DISCUSS MIR'S FATE








MOSCOW, MARCH 7, 2001 /FROM RIA NOVOSTI CORRESPONDENT GALINA FILIPPOVA/ -- The speaker of the State Duma /lower parliamentary house/ hopes to meet with President Vladimir Putin of Russia in the near future. Speaker Gennady Seleznyov himself said this today at a plenary Duma session. 


	


	According to the speaker, he would like to touch upon the future of the Mir station during the talk with the head of state.
