VLADIMIR PUTIN THINKS A PRESIDENT SHOULD BELONG TO NO PARTY








MOSCOW, March 6. /RIA Novosti correspondent/. Vladimir Putin is of the opinion that a head of state should belong to no party.


	The Russian President, in an interview with Internet publications, said that in his view "it would be justified if the head of state were a non-party man". 


	At the same time, Putin concedes that a president can be elected from some party. Putin said the head of state must represent the interests of the whole people.
