SERBS, ALBANIANS, NATO NEGOTIATE SECURITY ZONE BOUNDARIES BELGRADE, March 1. /From RIA Novosti Aleksander Slabynko/. Representatives of the Serbian authorities, southern Serbia's Albanian community and NATO were negotiating Thursday the revision of the security zone boundaries. Following the negotiations, the NATO delegation led by the Secretary General's envoy Peter Faith left for a meeting with the Albanian separatist grouping better known as the liberation army of Presevo, Bujanovac and Madvedji. Ethnic Albanian political leader Riza Halimi has been hopeful the Serbian side will agree to the army's involvement in further negotiations. He said they may resume as early as in two days.
