CE COMMISSIONER STILL STAYS IN CHECHNYA








MOSCOW, March 1, 2001. /RIA Novosti correspondent/ - Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe Alvaro Gil-Robles, who is touring the Chechen Republic, has changed his initial programme and will stay in Chechnya for some more time. It was earlier planned that he would return to Moscow on Thursday morning.
