VLADIMIR PUTIN CONGRATULATED THE VIETSOVPETRO WORK COLLECTIVE








MOSCOW, MARCH 1, 2001 (FROM A RIA NOVOSTI CORRESPONDENT) -- President of Russia Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to the work collective of Vietsovpetro joint venture on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.


	It is said in the message, in particular: "The work of Vietsovpetro is an example of effective and mutually advantageous cooperation between Russia and Vietnam in one of the key economic directions. It is important that this partnership brings not only serious financial dividends but also helps to strengthen mutual understanding and trust between our two peoples." "Today, the efficiency of your activity," the message says further, "in many things depends on the ability to be competitive and competently work in the world markets." The Russian president expressed confidence that "managers, engineers and workers of the enterprise will continue to achieve high production results and successfully work in the interests of our two countries in the 21st century.
