Jegor Strojew, speaker of the federation advice - upper house of the Russian parliament, is convinced that the upper house at the session will approve of the law over the alterations and supplements at the Haushalt-2001 on Wednesday. This law is necessary, since Russia is to pay all foreign debts off in this year in relation to the world financial organisations. The senators have sometimes no reason to reject " the law ", avowed Strojew before the press before the session. The chairman of the upper house discussed the problem of the budget receipts 2001 on Tuesday within one and a half hours with vice-prime minister and Minister of Finance Alexej Kudrin. Strojew noted here that " the budget receipts to some extent exceed the editions. That is sufficient for the social programs of Russia and the payment by instalments of the foreign debts ".
