BORDER CO-OPERATION IN THE PRIMORJE REGION








WLADIWOSTOK, 14 March.  / RIA "Nowosti" correspondent Larisa Beloiwan
/. in Wladiwostok, administrative centre of the Primorje region in the
far east, began the two-day work meeting of experts to questions of
border co-operation in the northwest part of the Pacific region.

In this meeting take part the deputy director/conductor of the border
offices of four countries of the asiatic-Pacific region.  The
representatives of the coastal protection of the USA, which becomes
administration sea-security of Japan and the national agency for
sea-police of the Republic of Korea with Russian Grenzern measures the
reinforcement of the fight against the smuggling of weapons, drugs and
bio resources treats.
