OF RUSSIA PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN IS LOADED TO AN OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE
TO DENMARK








MOSCOW, 13 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" correspondents Jelena Gluschakowa
and Kristina Rodriguez).  The Danish minister of foreign affairs
Mogens Lykketoft invited of Russia president Vladimir Putin to an
official state visit to Denmark.  This explained the Danish external
bureau chief on Tuesday on the common press conference with its
Russian colleague Igor Iwanow after the negotiations in Moscow.

Copenhagen waits according to Lykketoft of full impatience for the
meeting with the Russian president as well as for its negotiations
with the guidance of the European union in Stockholm.  The Danish
Minister stressed that Copenhagen will still regard Russia also during
the European Union presidency of Denmark, which begins in the second
half 2002 as a priority partner of the EU, as this made Sweden now.
