VIZEPREMIERIN RUSSIA: THERE IS NO CAUSE FOR THE VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT MOSCOW, 13 March. (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Andrej Malossolow). Vizepremierin Valentina Matwijenko is the opinion that there is no cause for the vote of no confidence against the government. She explained this in her paper on the scientific-practical conference " implementation of the social politics under the conditions of the national modernization ". The Vizepremierin justified her attitude and noted that the work of the government permitted in the passed year, the real income of the population around plentifully 9 per cent to increase earnings/services by 22.5 per cent and the pensions by 28 per cent. The number of unemployed sank around 2 millions. In the year 2001 the pensions in the country without interruption are disbursed. In this year the household in all industries is fulfilled. The earnings/service debts were practically erased, whereby they exist only in 6 to 7 regions. In order to improve the quality of life of the Russian citizens, the government operates on the suggestions on the extensive reform of the financing system of the household-dependent industries.
