REFUGEE STATUS STANKEWITSCH EXTRACTED WARSAW, 13 March. (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Viktor Nesterowitsch). Sergej Stankewitsch, former advisor of the president of Russia Boris Yel'tsin, lost the status of the refugee in Poland. 1997 accused the public prosecutor's office of of Russia Stankewitsch, which was in Poland a large bribe to have taken. The Polish authorities rejected the demand of the Russian legal protection organs to deliver it and granted to Stankewitsch the status of the refugee. Now the accusation was removed. The Polish migration service was the view that there is no more reason that also furthermore the status of the refugee is entitled to it. Stankewitsch does not want to return to Russia and in Poland to the generally valid conditions will remain now.
