MOSCOW, 12 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Oleg
Ossipow).  Before the summit of the five kaspischen states a meeting
on the expert level is executed.  Of Russia president Vladimir Putin
this declaration/agreement on a press conference has after the
negotiations with its Iranian colleague Mohammad Khatami kundgetan.
To the kaspischen states belong Russia, Iran, Aserbaidshan, Turkmenien
and Kasachstan.

" any version of the solution of the Kaspi problem may not obstruct
the travel of the ships and the use of kaspischen waters ", stressed
Putin.
