VLADIMIR PUTIN TO THE PROBLEMS OF CENTRAL ASIA








MOSCOW, 12 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Oleg
Ossipow).  With the problems of the Central Asian region above all the
countries of this region are to deal with themselves.  Of Russia
represented, announces this point of view president Vladimir Putin
today on a press conference after the Russian-Iranian negotiations the
RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent.

The Iranian president Mohammad Khatami explained for his part that the
regional problems are to be abgeregelt by the countries of this region
and any dictation in this regard are unreasonable.

Russia and Iran are according to it in the " sensitive regions ".
Therefore the development of the bilateral relations will positively
affect security and stability in the Central Asian one and
Kaspiregion.
