NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN SECRETARIES OF DEFENSE OF ALBANIA AND BULGARIA IN
TIRANA TAKING PLACE








SOFIA, 12 March (of RIA Nowosti Korespondent Juri Kowalenko).  A
meeting of the Secretaries of Defense of Bulgaria and Albania, Boiko
Nojew and Ismail Lesi, will take place on today's Monday in Tirana.
Nojew arrived on invitation of its colleague to a short official
attendance.  The pages will discuss effective means for a political
solution of the complicated problems of South-east Europe and
questions of the integration of both countries in NATO and the
European union as well as experiences in the area of the reform of the
armed forces will exchange and the development of the bilateral and
regional co-operation in military area will discuss.

Planned are also meetings of the Bulgarian Minister with Albaiens
Praesidnet Rexhep Mejdani and Prime Minister Ilir Meta.
