BUDGETARY DEFICIT IS CONNECTED WITH LARGE PAYMENTS OF RUSSIA WITH
FOREIGN DEBTS








MOSCOW, 11 March.  / RIA "Nowosti" Korr. /.  The deficit of the
foederalen household at a value of 20 billion rouble, which developed
after the results in the February of the current yearly, is connected
with large payments of Russia with foreign debts.  The avowed
journalists the vice-prime minister and Minister of Finance Russlands
Alexej Kudrin.

It described that the payments were made with foreign debts in
considerable measure by the demand remainder means on accounts of the
Treasury, with which the budgetary deficit to cover had been planned.


Kudrin added that there is nothing terrible in code digits at the time
of the execution of the household in February.  He explained also that
the budgetary deficit is not prognosticated in March.
