COMMERCIAL FAIR IN TADSHIKISTAN

Nashmidin Asisow /. in the autonomous area mountain Badachschan in
Tadshikistan had taken place on Saturday a commercial fair for
inhabitants of the border areas of this republic and Afghanistan.
Supervisors of this fair are the local tadshikischen authorities and
religiousness.

Goods of the daily requirement were offered to the buyers:  Grain,
agricultural products, kerosene, Diesel fuel, cigarettes, salt as well
as leather and wool.

Russian Grenzer, which protects this paragraph of the tadshikisch
Afghan boundary, ensured the passage to the fair and the security of
their users.

According to opinion of the local authorities the organization of the
border trade contributes to the smuggling decrease.
