REFERENDUM OVER NEW CONDITION IN THE REPUBLIC OF TYWA








KYSYL, 6 March.  / RIA "Nowosti" correspondent Dina Ojun /. in the
Russian Republic of Tywa in south Siberia will take place on 6 May a
referendum over the design of a new condition of this republic.  Such
a decision met the highest Hural (parliament) of the republic.

It is approaching for the users in the referendum to answer only one
question:  Do they assume the condition of the Republic of Tywa?  The
design of the Basic Law was already veroeffnelticht in the local mass
media.

In contrast to the today's condition, which was adopted 1993, therein
the regulation is missing over the national sovereignty and is
permitted the private property at reason and soil.  The design
designates also the formation of a two-chamber parliament and creates
the office of the president of the republic off.
