Alexander Iwastschenko /. Russia plans to take up in the next time the
official negotiations with the member countries of the world trade
organization (WHO) to questions of the acces to the Russian service
market.

As one indicated the RIA " Nowosti " in the Ministry for economic
development and trade of the RF, these questions in the focus in
previous week of the informal consultations of the Russian delegation
with members of the working group for the link of Russia, taken place
in Geneva, had confessed to the WHO.

In the middle of February occurred to Moscow with a new package of
suggestions over conditions for the acces to the service market.  New
suggestions contain a more exact and description in more detail of the
conditions for the acces to Russian markets of the financial services
and the services in the insurance area.

After words of a representative of the Ministry the WHO partners
evaluated these suggestions as good base for the accommodation of the
official negotiations.
