CULTURE MINISTER OF RUSSIA:  THE METHODOLOGY OF THE AFGHAN TALIBAN IS
" UNTENABLE "







MOSCOW, 5 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Nikolai
Walkowski).  Culture Minister Mikhail Schwydkoi is the opinion that
the Afghan Taliban behaves " for a civilized country unreasonably ".
He explained this opposite the RIA " Nowosti ".

Schwydkoi is the opinion the fact that such actions cannot be
justified in our time, although in history admits cases is, in which
the monuments and faith symbols of different peoples and cultures were
destroyed.

Afghanistan will have to consider the statement of other states
nevertheless.
